The apartment is on the second floor of a newly built property above a local grocery store — grab coffee, snacks, or essentials without leaving the building. Two spacious bedrooms with quality mattresses, a full kitchen with stove, fridge, blender, and cooking basics, plus a bright living area with plenty of natural light. A/C units in the bedrooms keep things cool. The building is quiet and residential, on a calm street just steps from the plaza, temple, restaurants, and a coffee shop next door.

Guests we love host: - Couples exploring the lake and the plaza, digital nomads on fast wifi, and travelers who appreciate a quiet pueblo at night - Domestic Mexican travelers and expats alike, both are home here The basics: - 2-night minimum, 3 nights on Friday/Saturday weekends - Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 PM - Sleeps 2 comfortably, 5 maximum. All guests on the reservation, please - Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The building is residential and sound carries - Street parking only What does not work here: - No parties or events. This is a small pueblo and the apartment is not built for groups - No smoking indoors, including balcony doors open. Outdoor smoking away from the entrance is fine - No unregistered overnight guests or day visitors beyond the confirmed reservation - No pets at this property Kids are welcome and the plaza is a two-minute walk for ice cream and evening strolls. A/C and wifi are dialed in for remote work, if anything drops let me know right away. I am a message away in English or Spanish and I would rather fix it now than read about it in a review. Todos los huéspedes en la reserva, por favor - Horario de silencio de 10:00 PM a 8:00 AM. El edificio es residencial y el sonido se escucha - Estacionamiento en la calle únicamente Lo que no funciona aquí: - Sin fiestas ni eventos. Es un pueblo pequeño y el departamento no está hecho para grupos - No se fuma en interiores, ni con la puerta del balcón abierta.
